What you'll do

• Lead by example and work restaurant positions when needed
• deliver customer service and professional email communication
• hire, train, and retain employees
• create staff schedules
• oversee operations, labor costs, health inspections, and cleanliness
• use Google Sheets, Docs, and other computer programs for administrative tasks
• ensure company standards and service levels
• work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• lift up to 50 pounds.
