The Assistant General Manager – Kids Fitness & Youth Programs role is onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with pay of $50,000–$60,000 per year plus bonus opportunities. The role supports daily operations at KidStrong Palm Beach Gardens, whose mission is to help parents build smarter, stronger, more athletic children with character. The assistant manager partners with the General Manager to lead operations, team performance, membership growth, and member experience. The role also coaches approximately 1–5 classes per week and helps maintain program quality, safety, and a welcoming environment for children and families.

What you'll do

• Partner with the General Manager on daily operations and team performance
• lead, coach, and develop team members and support recruiting and training
• engage prospective members, conduct tours, and follow up with leads
• support membership growth, retention, customer satisfaction, scheduling, community outreach, and local marketing
• coach approximately 1–5 classes per week
• maintain program quality, safety, cleanliness, and member experience
• support the team and center operations as needed.

Why this role

40 hours over five days, including one weekend day; schedule includes two weekdays around 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, two around 11:30 AM–7:30 PM, and one weekend day around 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. CPR and First Aid certification preferred and may be obtained after hire.
