What you'll do

• Oversee client and facility safety during assigned shifts
• supervise and coach direct-care staff
• ensure programming and routines are implemented
• maintain staff-to-client ratios
• coordinate with clinical, nursing, and leadership teams
• ensure timely documentation
• lead debriefings and support crisis intervention
• participate in meetings, training, and quality improvement
• assist with staff development and transportation or activities as needed.

Why this role

Primarily second shift, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with occasional first-shift coverage, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; weekends and holidays as scheduled; participates in on-call and emergency response. Requires a qualifying degree and childcare experience, or an associate degree/60 college credits and related experience.
