What you'll do

• Build candidate pipelines
• source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and other tools
• conduct candidate screens
• partner with recruiters on hiring requirements and search strategies
• use AI tools to support sourcing, research, and outreach
• maintain candidate records in the ATS
• shadow recruiters on client calls and search strategy meetings.
