What you'll do

• Provide customer service and engage with customers about orders and preferences
• oversee bakers, cooks, cashiers, and prep cooks
• ensure standards, recipes, and service are followed
• follow food safety requirements
• assist with special orders
• maintain cleanliness, organization, and ingredient storage
• monitor inventory and communicate needs
• maintain daily shift checklists.
