What you'll do

• Assist as a scrub technician in the operating room
• use sterile and aseptic technique and set up equipment
• prepare procedure rooms and ensure instruments, supplies, and equipment are available
• care for instruments and equipment used during procedures
• maintain equipment sanitation according to OSHA guidelines
• use and clean an autoclave per protocol
• provide ultrasound guidance during transfers under physician supervision
• support patients by anticipating anxieties, answering questions, and offering reassurance.

Why this role

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern Time. Formal medical assistant education or certification, prior operating-room or ambulatory-surgery experience, and women's health experience are required; infertility/IVF experience and phlebotomy skills are preferred.
