What you'll do

• Serve members, guests, and program participants in person and by phone
• interview or tour prospective members and sell memberships
• build relationships and connect members to the YMCA
• resolve membership concerns and inform a supervisor of unusual or unresolved issues
• apply member-service policies
• may distribute locker keys and towels or monitor locker rooms as required
• attend departmental meetings and training
• assist with facility tours and represent the YMCA at special events.
