What you'll do

• Oversee onsite work activities
• coordinate construction workers, contractors, subcontractors, and assistant superintendents
• hold subcontractor meetings and communicate changes and schedules
• create and follow a three-week schedule
• monitor quality and costs
• lead job-site safety meetings and documentation
• prepare daily reports and project records
• support stormwater plan compliance
• complete project turnover, as-built documents, and punch lists.
