Youth Sports and Fitness Coach

The Youth Sports and Fitness Coach is an onsite position based in Sugar Land, TX, with classes held Monday through Friday and morning and afternoon options. The role pays $20 per hour. Amazing Athletes runs a mobile sports and fitness program for children ages 18 months to 12 years. The coach delivers a noncompetitive multi-sport enrichment program that introduces children to sports fundamentals. Through structured classes, the role helps children build confidence, fitness, and motor skills.

What you'll do

• Coach children in the multi-sport enrichment program using its curriculum
• lead classes that introduce sports fundamentals in a noncompetitive setting
• travel between assigned facilities throughout Fort Bend and Richmond counties
• commit to an entire summer session and/or school year.

Benefits & perks

• Paid job training, CPR/First Aid course reimbursement after six months of employment, and a $50 coach referral bonus for each recommended coach.

Why this role

Requires applicants to be at least 18 and pass background and fingerprint checks. CPR/First Aid training must be completed within the first 30 days; course reimbursement is available after six months of employment. Reliable transportation and travel between facilities are required.
