Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Home Health Aide role is onsite in Vero Beach, FL, with pay of $16–$19 per hour. Right at Home provides in-home care and assistance to help people remain comfortable in their homes. This role supports patients with daily living and patient-specific care needs, including personal hygiene, mobility, meals, medication reminders, and companionship. Aides also report patient observations and assist with activities such as range-of-motion exercises and blood glucose monitoring.

What you'll do

• Assist patients with personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, dressing, meals and snacks, errands or medical appointments, and light housekeeping.
• Provide patient-specific support such as hospice care, medication reminders, prescribed range-of-motion exercises, blood glucose monitoring, bed-bound patient care, incontinence care, and use of gait belts or Hoyer lifts.
