What you'll do
- Lead instructional processes for elementary school students with IEPs
- design and implement personalized learning plans
- deliver differentiated instruction in a co-teaching environment
- manage student caseloads including IEP development and updates
- reinforce Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
- track and document student progress
- maintain accurate student files and generate reports
- collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators
- adapt curricular content to diverse learning styles
- utilize educational software and instructional technology
- maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- participate in professional development and crisis management training.
