What you'll do

• Develop and maintain the companywide QA/QC program, training materials and field inspection documentation
• track project personnel training
• assist project teams with project-specific programs
• review and audit project documentation
• manage deficiencies and corrections with project teams
• conduct project inspections and audits
• participate in quality meetings
• support resolution of design and material compliance issues
• promote quality, safety alignment and continuous improvement
• advise on QA/QC proposal content
• develop QA/QC personnel
• lead a QA/QC committee
• and visit job sites occasionally.
