What you'll do

  • Design flow cytometry and western blot experiments
  • study activation of signaling proteins in B cells
  • perform ELISA on mouse serum to study antibody responses
  • assist with mouse genotyping and colony management
  • immunize mice with viral antigens
  • conduct experiments on harvested tissues
  • analyze and present data
  • contribute to manuscripts and figures for papers and grants.
