What you'll do

• Review, draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial and professional services agreements
• assess contractual and business risks
• negotiate architecture, engineering, consultant, and project agreements
• advise on insurance requirements and consultant compliance
• maintain contract templates and legal documentation
• partner with senior legal leadership and outside counsel
• guide contract administration and legal support professionals
• review leases, NDAs, vendor agreements, lien waivers, and data releases
• assist with claims and disputes.

Why this role
