What you'll do

• Prepare and serve food using standardized recipes and portion guidelines
• measure ingredients
• maintain food storage, labeling, and rotation
• clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas
• follow food safety and infection control practices
• monitor food temperatures
• report equipment issues
• assist with training
• attend required meetings
• perform assigned dietary tasks, including catering, wait staff, and supply ordering.
