Direct Support Professional — Day Support and Community Services

What you'll do

• Provide instruction and assistance in home living environments
• help the individual identify and acquire valued social roles
• facilitate community integration and healthy social habits
• dispense medication and monitor dosages
• transport and accompany the individual to day programs, work sites, and community activities
• handle and transport a wheelchair and service animal.
