What you'll do

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• develop Power Apps and workflow automation for HR processes
• analyze attrition, staffing trends, and hiring demand
• maintain employee movement data
• consolidate and validate HR-system data
• respond to data calls
• track onboarding readiness
• process BIN and TFMMS records
• validate workforce records
• document standard procedures and data governance
• audit reports for accuracy and sensitive-data protection
• and automate manual reporting.
