Canvass Field Director

Job overview

The Canvass Field Director role is onsite in Grand Island, NE, with compensation of $1,146–$1,500 per week. The Outreach Team partners with organizations working on social issues and supports the Working Class Majority PAC’s Nebraska campaign for Dan Osborn’s Senate run. This role leads canvassing operations by managing and training canvassers, canvassing alongside staff, setting goals, and overseeing campaign reporting and administrative work. The director helps build community support through face-to-face voter conversations.

What you'll do

• Manage 40–60 hourly canvass staff and team leads
• canvass several days a week to train staff
• set goals and hold staff accountable
• train and support staff
• develop a leadership team
• maintain an inclusive team culture
• implement quality control and safety measures
• plan outreach to targeted constituents
• manage reporting, records, payroll processing, and materials distribution.
