The project manager owns projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating schedules, procurement, budgets, contracts, safety, and customer relationships. The role works closely with assistant project managers, superintendents, owners, design professionals, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects successfully.

What you'll do

• Own assigned projects
• create and maintain preconstruction and construction schedules
• build relationships with owners, design professionals, officials, subcontractors, and vendors
• monitor project costs and procurement
• manage contracts and closeout
• promote risk management and safety policies
• ensure work meets OSHA, company, and customer requirements
• develop plans to meet customer needs and expectations.
