Full-time Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; overtime, nights, and weekends during peak seasons; on-call rotation every 4–8 weeks. Requires 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience and EPA Type II certification or willingness to obtain.
