What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate field crews and specialty subcontractors from mobilization through project closeout
• develop and execute daily schedules
• enforce trade specifications, OSHA safety protocols, and quality procedures
• lead daily site meetings and report progress
• maintain SiteDocs logs, photos, safety audits, and inspection records
• resolve field issues and build client relationships.
