What you'll do

• Lead and supervise landscape crews
• oversee installation of plants, hardscapes, irrigation systems, and other landscape features
• monitor schedule, budget, and quality
• communicate job progress and site conditions to management
• train crew members in landscaping techniques and safety
• manage on-site equipment, tools, and materials
• maintain a safe work environment in line with OSHA standards.
