It also supports high-priority meetings and mission-critical collaboration sessions as needed.

What you'll do

• Support, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise A/V and collaboration systems, including Cisco Webex Room Kit
• support IronBow collaboration solutions
• maintain integrated audio and video environments
• diagnose hardware, software, control-system, and network issues
• troubleshoot across OSI layers 1, 2, 3, 6, and 7
• perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• support Biamp/Tesira, Crestron, Aurora, and Dante-enabled systems
• coordinate with infrastructure, networking, telecommunications, endpoint, and operations teams
• monitor performance, support preventive maintenance, document procedures, and support high-priority meetings as needed.
