The Diet Clerk role is onsite at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, OH. Pay is $17–$19 per hour. The position works under the direction of the Patient Services Manager and/or Clinical Nutrition Manager as part of Unidine's culinary team. The role supports patient menu management, data collection, and diet-office functions so patients receive menu options and nutrition-related items consistent with prescribed diets and facility procedures. Accurate documentation and coordination contribute to patient service and care.

What you'll do

• Distribute and collect menus
• assist patients with menu selections in compliance with prescribed diets as assigned by a dietitian
• offer permitted alternatives based on allergies, sensitivities, and preferences
• plan regular and modified menus using the current diet manual
• prepare and distribute supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formula
• may handle human/donor milk or infant formula
• complete required documentation
• follow confidentiality, infection-control, and regulatory requirements.
