What you'll do

• Backfill for field service representatives and travel to hospitals in the Ann Arbor area
• check in with facility staff and track shifts
• maintain staging areas and delivery equipment
• service and exchange containers according to schedules
• communicate service status and issues
• coordinate with clinical and environmental services staff
• provide management support, training, and service evaluations
• assist with customer installations and waste audits
• respond to statewide service emergencies.
