• Support projects across development phases by tracking schedules, budgets, invoices, cash flow, and project status
• coordinate design and construction services, stakeholder reviews, meetings, commissioning, and procurement
• prepare reports and client updates
• maintain project records and document control
• and identify risks for escalation. A personal vehicle, valid U.S. driver’s license, and auto insurance are required.
