What you'll do

• Perform analytical and microbiological testing
• support new assay and technology ramp-up
• maintain assay qualifications and troubleshoot methods and equipment
• supervise QC Specialists, including scheduling, training, mentoring, and performance management
• balance testing with team oversight
• coordinate resources across functions
• maintain client quality documentation and support audits
• ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards
• maintain electronic data integrity
• support method transfers, qualifications, and validations
• review QC records
• lead or support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
• monitor laboratory trends
• improve QC processes
• and support inspection readiness.
