What you'll do

• Create renewal and project quotations and system integration invoices
• respond to customer inquiries
• obtain vendor quotes and process purchase orders
• coordinate and track deliveries
• verify received goods and resolve discrepancies
• reconcile payment documentation
• manage vendor quotes, orders, and delivery coordination
• maintain Navision and Excel records
• analyze purchasing and operational data
• manage shipping, receiving, and inventory
• participate in process-improvement initiatives
• prepare reports and manuals.
