It develops managers, strengthens systems, monitors performance and budgets, and coordinates with clinical, finance, human resources, compliance, and executive teams to support service capacity and quality.

What you'll do

• Lead Sacramento campus operations and translate executive strategy into operational priorities, workflows, staffing plans, and accountability structures. Oversee facilities, clinical support, program operations, administration, environmental services, safety, transportation, inventory, equipment, supplies, and vendors. Plan facility improvements and growth
• monitor budgets, staffing, operational KPIs, and performance
• develop managers
• coordinate with clinical, finance, HR, compliance, and executive teams
• maintain emergency preparedness and regulatory readiness.
