• Perform building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, heating and air conditioning, and appliance repair
• organize and prioritize service requests
• inspect grounds and buildings
• oversee and perform unit make-ready work
• train and supervise maintenance staff
• manage department expenses and supplies
• coordinate preventive maintenance
• maintain resident, vendor, and coworker service relationships.

Why this role

High school education or equivalent required; four years of supervisory experience in community-management maintenance, building maintenance, or a related field required. On-call service is required as scheduled or necessary, and the employee must be able to work any day of the week. EPA Type I and II certification, a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and use of a personal vehicle are required.
