The role supports daily food service for resident workers through consistent preparation, portioning, equipment care, and supply support.

What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and instructions
• serve and prepare meals for delivery using correct portions and temperatures
• follow ticket collection procedures and maintain service records
• clean the kitchen and store or discard food safely
• maintain refrigerators and storerooms
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• assist with production planning, record keeping, ordering, and receiving supplies.
