What you'll do

• Assist with production of ice cream sold in the scoop shop and at catering events
• work directly with team members in the shop
• assist the Scoop Manager with daily operations
• maintain kitchen and sink cleanliness
• ensure ice cream quality
• store ice cream in correct containers
• follow food safety standards, recipes, and production schedules
• perform other duties requested by the Scoop Shop Manager.
