What you'll do

• Prepare written and oral reports
• assist the Collections department with accounts 60 or more days past due, including loss-mitigation applications
• contact customers at least 30 days past due by phone or in person
• document customer financial status and collection efforts
• conduct home visits for accounts at least 30 days past due
• review contract terms and discuss reasons for overdue payments
• mail pre-demand letters
• provide backup for the payment clerk as assigned.
