Senior Tax Manager

What you'll do

• Lead tax strategy, planning, and compliance
• oversee U.S. and Canadian income tax returns and federal, state, provincial, local, and indirect tax compliance
• direct quarterly and annual tax provision processes
• partner with auditors and tax advisors
• lead international tax activities, including transfer pricing and cross-border planning
• identify tax-saving opportunities
• and provide tax leadership for strategic initiatives, acquisitions, operational changes, and an ERP implementation.
