The Manufacturing Shift Lead, Day Shift role is onsite in Golden, CO, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM. Compensation is $26 per hour. Kong Company manufactures products using rubber presses, and this role supports the manufacturing department’s production operations.

What you'll do

• Train and coach press operators
• assign and deliver rubber batches to presses
• perform minor mold maintenance and cleaning
• provide operator relief and possibly run a press for an entire shift
• document machine downtime
• unload and store rubber using a powered forklift
• inventory rubber and assign it to machines
• ensure output data and work areas are maintained
• conduct visual product inspections
• move completed lots and prepare or deliver finished product
• enforce safety procedures.
