What you'll do

• Support daily childcare operations for Kids' Care, Kids' Night Out, and other Youth & Family programs
• create developmentally appropriate activities
• actively supervise children
• maintain clean, organized, and safe program spaces
• communicate with parents and leadership
• support special events, birthday parties, and scheduled off-site youth programming
• supervise swimming and water-based activities and support the climbing wall based on training
• organize supplies and complete operational checklists
• attend meetings and training
• support member retention and recruitment through positive family experiences.
