The Youth Development Professional, Education — Gamble Rogers role is onsite in Saint Augustine, FL. The general schedule is Monday through Friday, 2 p.m.–7 p.m.; longer hours and occasional weekends may be required. Compensation is $15 per hour. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida provides youth programs intended to support education, development, and a positive Club experience. The professional plans and delivers educational activities for youth ages 6–18, promotes participation, and maintains a safe, supportive program environment. The role helps members build academic, career, social, physical, and emotional skills and supports their preparation for high school graduation and future education or careers.

What you'll do

• Plan and implement educational programs
• recruit and retain youth participants
• work with club staff to deliver programs
• collect and maintain student grades and educational data
• organize activities, field trips, and guest speakers
• monitor program outcomes and recommend changes
• supervise members and maintain a safe program area
• maintain supplies and equipment
• prepare weekly reports and daily schedules
• ensure programs begin and end on time.
