What you'll do

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers’ compensation claims
• take statements, pay lost-wage benefits, file state forms, deny claims, handle subrogation, and manage litigation-related matters as applicable
• communicate with executives, claimants, provider offices, and attorneys
• apply workers’ compensation laws and regulations across Northeast jurisdictions.
