Resident Assistant - Per Diem (PRN) - Evening Shift position in Lankin, ND, with a salary range of $15.00 - $22.00 per hour. This role is onsite and is per diem. This role exists to provide care to assigned residents in a caring, safe, and efficient manner, performing according to location standards, procedures, and individualized resident care plans.

What you'll do

• Provide care to assigned residents in a caring, safe, and efficient manner. Perform according to location standards, procedures, and individualized resident care plans. Participate in structured training sessions to acquire skills for certification. Help residents with outerwear or shoes. Assure residents' spiritual needs are met. Assist residents by passing snacks and trays, pouring beverages, and maintaining a pleasant dining atmosphere. Assist residents in maintaining proper and clean appearance. Safeguard residents' property. Keep residents' living areas pleasant and orderly. Provide residents with opportunities for independence and choice. Maintain residents' self-esteem, privacy, and confidentiality. Document care provided. Receive and share information
• observe and report residents' conditions. Work with team members in a helpful, respectful, and courteous manner. Assist residents in meeting their social needs. Respond appropriately to resident requests for help. Maintain positive relationships with residents' friends and family. Respond promptly to residents' call lights. Seek clarification of assignments and ask questions. Express ideas clearly, concisely, and effectively. Request ongoing feedback. Complete documentation as assigned. Listen effectively. Share work-related information. Keep supervisor informed. Maintain safe work practices and follow center/campus safety procedures. Follow center/campus infection control procedures.
