What you'll do

• Respond to tenant requests and coordinate work orders
• ensure 24-hour emergency property coverage
• inspect properties and tenant spaces
• maintain lease and property records
• prepare operating budgets and tenant CAM reconciliations
• track lease expirations and renewals
• coordinate tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs
• support building transitions and warranty issues
• coordinate contractors and service orders
• review invoices and identify cost-reduction opportunities
• travel to properties as required, with at least 50% travel stated.
