What you'll do

• Inspect sites, including interiors, exteriors, roofs, and structural impacts
• safely set up ladders and inspection equipment
• prepare reconstruction estimates using Xactimate
• document and track projects using PSA CRM, Captivated, and Microsoft 365
• review scopes, plans, and specifications
• coordinate with adjusters, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• assist with change orders, revisions, and contract alignment
• stay current on building codes, safety standards, and restoration practices.
