What you'll do

• Manage contents projects from scope through completion, including production plans, schedules, labor, equipment, and warehouse space
• lead, train, and hold the team accountable
• ensure items are photographed, inventoried, labeled, tracked, and returned with chain-of-custody records
• inspect work and require corrections
• communicate with customers, adjusters, and project managers
• manage job costs and scope changes
• recruit, onboard, and coach team members
• maintain an organized, properly staffed warehouse.
