What you'll do

• Serve as a first point of contact by phone, email, and in person
• respond to inquiries about test orders, specimen requirements, results status, and lab services
• resolve or escalate customer issues
• assist with specimen receiving, accessioning support, and documentation
• verify patient and test order information
• enter and update data in the Laboratory Information System
• prepare paperwork, labels, and shipping materials
• follow SOPs and compliance guidelines
• coordinate workflow, track inventory, order and restock supplies, and support projects and audits.
