What you'll do

• Answer calls and provide venue and package information
• greet walk-in guests
• respond to lead inquiries and forward them to management when department policy requires
• assist Wedding Managers with ceremony planning and execution
• open and close Wedding Salons
• conduct tours
• create leads and send preliminary information
• coordinate transportation, room reservations, and appointments
• generate contracts and payment portals and process payments
• confirm appointments
• set up pre-wedding décor
• maintain salon presentation.
