What you'll do

• Administer GST’s NASA SEWP VI contract vehicle
• prepare, review, and submit RFPs, RFQs, bids, and customer quotations
• review solicitation requirements for accuracy and compliance
• coordinate and validate vendor pricing, product availability, and lead times
• monitor contract portals
• gather proposal documentation across teams
• proofread submissions
• support contract administration
• track statuses and deadlines
• maintain proposal, contract, and quotation records
• provide sales and administrative support.
