What you'll do

• Assist with birthday reservations and inquiries
• serve as a secondary contact for bookings and provide coverage for the Senior Birthday Associate as scheduled
• set up and close party rooms
• support clients and guests
• monitor party schedules
• care for and inventory equipment and supplies
• prepare spaces for subsequent use
• facilitate activities
• maintain clean work areas
• ensure clients fulfill contractual obligations, including final payment
• cross-train in admissions and the museum store and assist with event rentals as needed.
