The Project Coordinator, Client Services role is onsite at King Retail Solutions’ corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in Eugene, OR. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed. Compensation is not specified. King Retail Solutions provides retail store design, manufacturing, distribution, installation, and program management services to retail clients. The coordinator manages project communications and internal workflows from order entry through shipping and installation. Accurate schedules, records, and follow-up help client projects progress and support customer needs across departments.

What you'll do

• Coordinate internal activities for assigned account projects
• receive purchase orders and create sales orders in the ERP system
• follow up on job progress and issues
• assist with proposals, change orders, and customer communications
• review construction schedules and distribute schedules to relevant parties
• review quotes and project details for accuracy
• update sales order timelines
• assist account managers
• provide reception desk coverage on a weekly rotation.
