What you'll do

• Provide outpatient primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• perform preventive visits, physicals, and wellness examinations
• order, review, and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• develop treatment plans and provide follow-up
• perform minor office procedures when applicable
• collaborate with care teams and coordinate specialty and ancillary services
• maintain timely EHR documentation
• participate in quality improvement and team meetings.
