The Science Teacher role is onsite in Immokalee, FL, and is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Salary is $57,000. Pace Center for Girls provides academic and counseling programs with wraparound education and social services. The teacher plans and delivers science instruction for grades 6–12, monitors academic progress, and adapts teaching to students’ needs. The role contributes to academic success in a safe, girl-centered, trauma-informed, and strength-based learning environment.

What you'll do

• Design standards-based lesson plans and teach science across grades 6–12
• assess student progress and adapt instruction
• create a safe, supportive classroom
• manage classroom engagement
• develop and update progress monitoring plans
• advise students and document academic growth
• maintain attendance, IEP, RTI, gradebook, and progress records
• collaborate with colleagues and maintain required certifications.
