Assistant Community Manager — Manufactured Housing and RV Park

The Assistant Community Manager role is onsite in Puyallup, WA, with pay of $23–$27 per hour. The position supports Majestic Mobile Manor Estates, a senior manufactured housing community, and Majestic RV Park, both in Puyallup. Investment Property Group owns and operates residential, manufactured housing, and RV communities. The role supports daily property operations, leasing, resident relations, and rent collection while helping maintain compliance and resident satisfaction. It also contributes to occupancy and community upkeep through sales and marketing, tours, inspections, and coordination with residents, vendors, and the Community Manager.

What you'll do

• Represent IPG professionally
• support sales and marketing and conduct community tours
• work occasional weekend hours as needed
• assist the Community Manager with daily operations
• oversee rent collections, ledgers, delinquency follow-up, and eviction coordination
• assist with applications, leasing, renewals, and wait lists
• conduct property walks and unit inspections
• respond to resident concerns
• participate in professional and regulatory activities.
